Half Beef - Single Animal

This item is a variable price and subject to halves available as well as price fluctuations due to the market. Currently we have a few halves ready to go, these animals are F1 wagyu crosses. The marbling is excellent, they would grade prime or better. These are being raised in San Pat county. Included value added items with these halves include: stew meat, seasoned and tenderized fajitas, tenderized round steaks, and cutlets. The average half weighs 400-430#. The current price (4-1-26) is $7.25/# on the rail weight. These carcasses yield 60-65% boneless weight. if you want further details on these specific halves, you will need to come into the Portland location and speak with a manager. The managers will be more than glad to show you the exact cut sheet and the marbling before you commit.
